INFORMATION ABOUT THE ADN SERVICE
ADN aims to provide a personalized service tailored to each individual’s situation, considering their legal needs and the factors that define their social and financial circumstances. These are limited-scope mandates for designated services, issued based on the individual’s specific issues and needs. Additionally, eligible individuals can benefit from psychosocial support adapted to their situation.
WHO CAN ACCESS THE SERVICE ?
The service is available to eligible individuals who are unable to access a notary by other means. An assessment of the individual’s financial and social situation will be conducted to determine their eligibility for the service.
The service is offered exclusively to residents of the Outaouais, Mauricie, Gaspésie, and Îles-de-la-Madeleine regions.
