ADN aims to offer a tailored service based on each individual’s situation, taking into consideration their priority legal needs and the elements that define their social situation. These are limited-scope mandates for the selected services, issued according to the specific issues and needs of the individual. Additionally, these individuals can also benefit from psychosocial support adapted to their needs and situation.

WHO CAN ACCESS THE SERVICE ?
The service is available to eligible individuals who are unable to access a notary by other means. An assessment of the individual’s financial and social situation will be conducted to determine their eligibility for the service.
The service is offered exclusively to residents of the Outaouais, Mauricie, Gaspésie, and Îles-de-la-Madeleine regions.
