Info-Separation Service
Info-Separation is a starting point for people who are separating and who wish to be guided in their process. The service is free and available everywhere in Quebec. Individual consultations are offered by either a lawyer or a notary who, with you, will be able to clarify the legal aspects of your separation to help you better consider what’s next. Whether you have children or not, you can use this service at any time in your separation process. This service is also available if you are already separated but still have legal issues you would wish to discuss.
Info-Small Claims Case Service
The Info-Small Claims Case service is offered to all persons whose case is contested at the Small Claims Division since May 13, 2021. Its goal is to provide people with information, support and guidance about the legal dimensions of their conflict and the procedures related to the Small Claims Division. This service will also give you the opportunity to consider and, if desired, prepare for mediation.
