On April 20th, the Centre de justice de proximité du Grand Montréal is a offering free legal information session on the Court of Québec – Small Claims Division. The information session will be offered by Judge Enrico Forlini of the Court of Québec and Me David Theodore Searle, lawyer at the CJPGM.
ABOUT THIS SESSION :
You will learn how to search legal information, solve your conflicts, send a formal notice and how to open your file.
Note: a second information session about trial will be offered for free on April 27.
